Nordic Market Access, Tender & Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced Nordic Market Access, Tender and Pricing Manager to lead Market Access activities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark. The role will be responsible for developing and executing market access, pricing, and tender strategies to ensure successful reimbursement and optimal patient access across the Nordic region. 
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional global and regional teams and act as a key point of contact for Health Technology Assessment (HTA), pricing, and tender-related activities in the Nordics. The role reports directly to the General Manager Nordics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Nordic market access strategies aligned with regional and local payer requirements
  • Lead and coordinate Health Technology Assessment (HTA) activities across the Nordics, including submissions and responses to HTA bodies such as TLV (Sweden), DMP (Norway), Fimea (Finland), and DMC (Denmark)
  • Prepare and adapt value dossiers, economic models, and payer evidence to meet country-specific HTA requirements
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies across the Nordic region, ensuring alignment with global pricing frameworks and local regulations
  • Support price setting, price approvals, and ongoing price maintenance
  • Lead tender strategy development and execution, including hospital, regional, and national tenders
  • Coordinate tender submissions, negotiations, and contract implementation in collaboration with commercial and supply chain teams
  • Monitor pricing, reimbursement decisions, tender outcomes, and policy changes across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark
  • Provide strategic insights on market access trends, payer expectations, and competitive dynamics in the Nordic markets
  • Support interactions with external stakeholders, including HTA agencies, payers, procurement authorities, and relevant decision-makers 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, HTA, pricing, reimbursement and tender management within the Nordic region
  • Strong understanding of Nordic HTA processes, reimbursement systems, and public procurement frameworks
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy development and tender management in all Nordic countries
  • Experience in preparing or HTA submissions and payer negotiations in close connection together with our cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear value messages
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage
  • Rare disease experience
